Privacy Policy

This page explains what information Purely Hearts collects when you shop with us, why, and who we share it with. We keep this short and in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email, phone (optional), and shipping address — only what is needed to make and ship your necklace.

We never see or store your card number. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe (see below).

Who we share it with

• Stripe — processes your payment securely. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to your payment details.
• Shippo, on our behalf, to get shipping rates and print the label that gets your order to you (carriers like USPS see your shipping address to deliver the package).
• Resend, to send your order confirmation and shipping emails.
• Google, if you use the address-suggestion feature at checkout: as you type, the partial address is sent to Google's Places API to look up suggestions. This lookup never leaves our server with your name attached.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use advertising trackers (like ad pixels) on this site.

Your shopping bag

The items in your bag are saved in your own browser (not on our servers) so it is there when you come back. Clearing your browser data clears your bag too.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we have about you anytime by emailing info@purelyhearts.com.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the “last updated” date above.
