Shipping

Every piece is sculpted, sealed and packed by hand once your order comes in. Orders ship within 2 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday. You will get an email with your tracking number as soon as it leaves our hands.

We currently ship to the United States only, via USPS. Shipping is free on orders over $50.00; otherwise the exact cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and shown before you pay.

Returns & exchanges

If something is not right, contact us at info@purelyhearts.com within 30 days of delivery. We will send you instructions for returning the piece, unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging, for a full refund of the item price.

Because each piece is sculpted by hand, small variations in color and shape are normal and are not considered defects.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the piece arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent — in that case we cover it and make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the returned item, usually within a few business days.

Damaged or lost packages

If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you never received it, email us at info@purelyhearts.com with your order number and we will sort it out with you directly.
